I paid but my benefits haven't appeared
Try this first — it fixes most cases:
- Sign out completely and sign back in. Your session needs to pick up the new entitlement.
- Clear your browser cache if you're on desktop.
- On the Android app, check for an update in the Google Play Store.
Make sure you completed the payment while signed in to the correct account. One common reason a subscription doesn’t appear is that the payment was made while signed out or while logged in to a different account.
If your subscription is linked to another account, please contact us with the relevant account details, and we can help migrate the subscription to the correct account.
One-time payments take longer than card payments
Card payments usually activate almost immediately, while some one-time payment methods may take longer to process.
- Pay by Bank payments can take up to 24-48 hours to complete, and processing may take longer over weekends or holidays.
- Cryptocurrency and other local one-time payment methods are automated, but payments can occasionally time out at the payment provider’s end, even if your account has already been charged.
If your one-time payment has timed out, please send us:
- Your payment receipt or proof of payment
- The transaction ID
- The payment date and amount
- The payment method used
We'll forward the details to the payment processor for manual verification and approval. This process can take up to 48 hours after we receive the required information, as the delay occurs on the processor's end. We'll update you as soon as we receive confirmation.
Also, please make sure the payment was actually completed. A pending authorization shown on your bank or card statement does not necessarily mean the payment was successfully completed. Please refer to Article 2.14 for more information.
