Refunds
Talk to us first. If something isn't working, or the product isn't what you expected, tell us — we'd much rather fix the problem or sort out a refund directly than have you unhappy.
Our refund policy
Paid directly by credit or debit card: if you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, with minimal usage on the account, and you're not satisfied with the product, we'll issue a refund.
Paid by a one-time method — cryptocurrency, Alipay, Gcash, UPI, WeChat Pay, and other local one-time payment options — these are non-refundable due to limitations on the processor side.
Paid through Google Play: whether a refund is possible depends on Google's own policy, and you'll need to request it from them.
The full policy is at pixelchat.ai/refund.
How to request one
Contact support with:
- The email address on your account
- The date and amount of the charge
- The payment method, and the last 4 digits of the card if you used one
- The transaction or invoice ID from your receipt email
- Reason for requesting a refund
We'll usually ask why you're requesting a refund. This isn't intended to discourage you or delay the process — it simply helps us understand what's not working and improve the experience. Providing a reason won't slow down your refund request.
Refund timing: Once a refund is approved, it typically reaches your account within 5–6 business days. In some cases, it can take up to 14 days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you haven't received the refund after 14 days, please contact us again so we can follow up.
