Cancelling a subscription bought through Google Play

We can't cancel a subscription that Google manages. Cancel it in the Play Store:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon, top right
  3. Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
  4. Select PixelChat → Cancel subscription

Deleting your PixelChat account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. It's managed by Google and will keep billing you. Cancel it there first — see article 1.6.
