A charge I don't recognise

Check the descriptor. PixelChat charges appear as NDAI.CHAT (NextDay AI).

If you see a charge you can't account for, send us the date, amount, and the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card and we'll check it against our records. If it turns out not to be a PixelChat charge, we'll tell you — and if it is, we'll explain what it was for.
