I can't reach PixelChat at all

Your ISP or network may be blocking us. Some providers, workplaces and schools restrict sites they don't recognise, and some countries restrict foreign sites.

Try:

• A different network — switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
• A VPN set to another country
• A different browser
• An Incognito window
• Clearing your browser cache
• Updating your device — an outdated OS or browser can fail on our security requirements
• Checking for antivirus, firewall or parental-control software

"403 Forbidden" usually means a firewall, ISP or parental-control restriction. A VPN or an Incognito window will tell you quickly whether that's it.
