Prepaid and gift cards

Prepaid Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards can be used for one-time purchases, but they generally do not support recurring payments. A subscription purchased with a prepaid card may go through initially, but the renewal payment can fail when the next billing date arrives.

If you prefer to use a prepaid card, you can purchase a new subscription manually each time your current access expires.

For a subscription that renews automatically and reliably, we recommend using a standard debit or credit card.
