My favourites have disappeared

If a specific favourite is gone, the creator may have set it private or deleted it, or it may have been moderated. See article 5.11.

Otherwise:

  • Clear cache and cookies
  • Go directly to the favourites menu to force a reload

If it persists, tell us the country you're accessing from and send a short recording.
